This pastel painting is of a truck loaded with memories. I grew up on a resort in northern Minnesota, and this faithful old GMC was a favorite to all. The truck now sits in the woods retired but not forgotten. I used Buff colored Sabertooth paper, allowing it to show though in places. This gave the painting a slighlty aged look.
